Looking for a little help on tearing down a Rossi Single Shot 22/.410 combo. Gun was purchased for a kid as a starter due to it's small size. Problem is the trigger pull measures an honest 17 pounds!!!!! Not what you want in a rifle for a new shooter. My daughter needs 2 fingers to pull the trigger. The design of these guns is nothing new. Question I have is whenther the pins used to hold everything together are single use or if they can be re-inserted and used again. Do the pins only come out one way? Does anyone have a schematic for one of these guns they would share? I would like to do a little stone and polish on the trigger and hammer and hopefully get the trigger down below 10 pounds if possible.
