Just wondering how many of you have had this disease. I got it June before last I think from fishing in Butler Co. Ky. Came home with deer ticks all over me and got very sick about 5 days later.

Just curious - like to hear about your experiences.

Tick borne deseases are out of control across the country. Some are fatal if left untreated. And test results leave a lot to be desired. Be on the lookout for symptoms which might not occur for months or years after being bittten by a tick.

It seems the authorities are more concerned with the health of the animals than they are with the health of the humans. In many areas the good insecticides have been banned and spraying is restricted. HMB
