Go to gunbroker.com and take a look at prices.

The resale on that gun should be very good. If you walked in and wanted that gun I would sell it new for $4015.00.

Not very good- look what used ones actually sell for from private individuals

Regardless of what a dealer sells a used one for- you are not a dealer- ask the dealer what he would purchase in cash your gun for- that or slightly higher is what the resale value of one is

Gunbroker prices - even if they sell are not good indicators as there are often people with mulitple IDs, or those they know bidding the price up- heck it may never really sell- just like car auctions

As a percentage of price paid- I think Beretta is inferior in retail value to Browning, Krieghoff and Perrazi

    regards from Iowa

Gene, you are out of your mind!!!!!!! A Beretta holds it's value as good or better than a Browning any day of the week. I'm surprised that you didn't throw in your used car sales pitch for that overpriced XT you've been trying to pawn off for 6 mos. now. My BACKUP gun is a Browning to my Beretta. You know what, I've never needed the Browning!
