I know that many of us get frustrated when trying to contact an
impersonal company like Ebay. I have been working on this for
a few days now, since seeing the new Ebay policy for firearms
related items. Following is an Email address where you can write
to voice your pleasure/displeasure (as the case may be) regarding
that policy. I have actually gotten replies back which were not
'canned' responses, so somebody is reading them. Time to voice
    your opinion......

    rswebhelp@ebay.com

You won't get the same person each time you Email, at least they
are using different names (or pseudo-names) for each reply. Time
to fill their in-basket, but do it with some thought. Just plain
ranting will not get their attention, you need to make a point.
Be civil, but insist on a reply other than a 'canned' response....
If I can ever get a snail-mail address, I'll post that also. So
far, no luck there. Fill up that inbox, maybe it will get some
    attention.

That's not hard; I just can't tell you who to write to:

    Andy,
I believe that the fellow who 'wrote the opinion' for EBay
was a fellow named Matt Halprin. He would be my favorite to
    write to......

One must consider that this policy may have been done on advice of their attorney(s) so their "brothers of the bar" can't sue them if there is an incident involving a firearm purchased on E-Bay. Then again, maybe they just want to be politically correct (they are in the Bay Area, after all).

    Below is the reply I received, There is no way they will change their policy. Can't argue with an 800 pound gorilla;

Thank you for your recent email to Matt Halprin in regard to changes to
our Firearms, Weapons and Knives policy. He has asked that I review your
email and respond on his behalf.

Like the rest of the nation, eBay was deeply saddened and shocked by the
events at Virginia Tech and we felt that it was not only appropriate,
but necessary, to revisit our related policies. While nothing purchased
on our site was illegal in any way, we felt compelled to ask ourselves
some tough questions and ensure we do everything possible to provide a
    safe and trusted marketplace.

We have always valued an open and transparent marketplace; if items are
legal to buy and sell in an unrestricted manner we allow them on our
site. However, there are some items that while legal, may not be safe
for our marketplace. In these instances, our applicable policies go
beyond the law to ensure that our marketplace is safe.

Currently we do not allow actual firearms on the site. After careful
consideration our executives and our Trust and Safety team determined
that any item required to fire a gun has no place on eBay. All of our
policies are under constant review. As the Internet and the way our
communities use the Internet evolves, our policies and our marketplace
must evolve with it. We determined that this policy change was in the
best interest of promoting a safe marketplace for all members.

It is sad that a venue of opportunity such as e-bay will be closed to those who do not want to actually set up there own online business to sell products but there is other avenues for you to sell your products.

Get over it and be thankful ya road the pig as long as you did before being thrown to the ground. Now find another pig and get back on it and begin the ride again.

Didn't Al Gore invent E-Bay? (Ooops! I forgot, he said he invented the Internet)

This would be a great time to open an auction service that caters to the avid sportsman/shooter.
There is more than enough money spent on gun parts and related items for someone to earn a living.
