Has anyone made a replacement for the Federal 12C1 for use in paper hulls thats as effective as the original at keeping recoil low? I've tried a number of clones, and the low recoil properties that the federal paper used to have with the 12c1 just isn't there with the clones, they kick as much as plastic hulls with the clone wads, and one of my friends who loads alot of papers agrees.

    a little spendy...

i dropped them an email though, i'm curious if these are leftovers, or a new run (which is what it seems they are implying the way they wrote the listing for them).

    Thats what I figured.

I really don't want to build a load with discontinued components only to find out I really like it, but can't shoot it b/c I can't get the component anymore. Thus the post...
