Depends on how deep they are and how much trouble you want to go to to get rid of them. most plastic is heat sensitive, therefore heat applied could melt down anything that might be sticking up.(your pick as to source of heat, thermo welders (really hot hair dryer looking device) or you could click ur bic with flame near the scratch. If that sounds too risky for you, might use one of the various products used on auto upholstery to fill in the slight scratch and at least make it less noticable until it fills up with dirt. best luck
I applied a propane torch to it at medium flame and it cleaned right up
