I was wondering if someone out there knew how to remove the trigger
on a browning xt un-single? Also how often should you clean and lube the
the trigger? I shoot about 1200 rounds per month. I have shot about
15000 rounds already on the gun and have never cleaned the trigger......
    Thank you
    Paul

Just remove the buttstock and you'll have access for cleaning. Ross

There are parts in the XT trigger assembly that tend to rust if not kept oiled; dirt is not the only issue. Personally, I prefer to leave service to a gunsmith rather than trying to pry out springs and beat the thing apart but I do occasionally remove the stock and use some mineral spirits on a cotton swab to remove surface dirt and apply a little oil.
