I would like to change the recoil pad on my xt trap to a morgan adjustable, but can find any screw access holes in the pad to release it. What to do?

Press your thumbs next to the center line of the pad and spread apart. You shoult see 2 slits 1 about an inch from the top and the other about an inch from the bottom. They usually have philips screws in them. Hope this helps. George

Yep, what he said. They are there. I always try and use the smallest shaft screwdriver I can and put a little clear grease on the shaft. It just helps to turn in the slits and not waller the holes out.

They are not always there. I removed on that was glued on. There were no screws in the pad. None!

I found mine about 1 3/4 inches away from the end, bent my thumbs down and out from each end, gun pointing down wife laughing 'til the slits appeared and those huge screws showed themselves. Lee
