Need help I just bought a stock on line and discovered that it had a glue on pad on the comb. Any ideas on how to remove without damaging wood or finish. Thanks in advance. Jim W.

Have fun!!! I removed one about a month ago. Start by tearing most of it off, the use "GOO-GONE" and "WD-40" to remove the glue.

Along with Doug's recommendations, I'd also use a hair dryer to warm it up first. This will help to soften the adheasive and make the chore a little easier.

Caution here, Don't use a heat gun unless you have used one a lot. It is very easy to damage the finish if you get it to warm.
