1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

For more detailed information please see this post: Thread Bump Functionality.

Mike---I'm assuming its 12ga? Is this a Model of the 1100/11-87 series or just a totally different gun? What is different on it compared to the 1100/11-87? Just curious as i am not familar with this Model.

    Up for Mike

The 58 came before the 1100 Production started in 1956 through 1963. Gas operated action.

return mechanism is in forend, rather than buttstock like an 1100. 870 stocks interchange, and 870 bbls can be drilled for gas ports and will fit 58s. Extremely fast cycle time, and that was their main problem, they could break action bars as a result. Once very popular with skeet shooters as they were somewhat weight-forward. Basically, the 1100 was the same gun with the return mech. moved to the butt.
