Is there a Remington Model shotgun called the Trap&Skeet compitition with screw in gauge reducers? Looking for more info before I go to look @ this unit.
Claims to be a factory gun complete with original wooden case?

What can I expect in value: I am assumeing its a 3200

No such thing. My best guess is that its a 3200 w/ Purbaugh/Skeetmaster tubes.

is there a value differential between the tube sets?
I assume these where not factory REM fitted tubes?

    Correct, these would be aftermarket.

The only way to get a gun thats ALL factory that can shoot all 4 gauges would be a 4 barrel set.

Skeetmaster or Purbaugh tubes add VERY little value to the gun anymore. Parts have long since stopped being made (ejectors, each tube set had its own ejectors which you had to change on the 12ga barrels, another reason they are no longer popular, increases the time it takes to change from gauge to gauge by probably 3x), and if you crack a chamber, the tube is useless because their is no way to repair it.

Kolar or Briley tubes are a different story, but value varies greatly due to age and exact model of tubes (for example, a new set of briley ultimate ultralites would be worth 3-5x as much as a set of briley matchweights from the 80s...)
