I have a bag of Remington brand TGT12S wads but I can't find data. The bag says for 1 - 1 1/8. Any help?

The S is not relevant. It means "stitched" and refers to the petals being attached at the top. Am told it makes things go smoother in a high speed industrial type loading operation like Remington's. The TGT can be used for 1 1/8 oz. but I prefer to use it in STS hulls as a 1 oz. wad.

with Titegroup it is a 1 & 1/8 oz wad.

with normal powders it is a one ounce.

All of the above is correct. If you want to duplicate the factory Nitro 27, then you need Titegroup and the TGT12S.
