I have a Remington Model 11 made in 1947, condition is very good, 26 in plain barrel, Improved Cylinder, just wondering the approx. value. I see lots of Browning A5 at gun shows but don't see the Remingtons especially in Improved Cylinder. Any thoughts on value??? Thanks Almost forgot, 12 ga

They are also known for having non-functioning disconnectors.

Judging by the prices on Gunbroker, it looks like $150 - $300. Good luck.

I have heard many times about the WINCHESTER Mdl 1911 "slam-firing",but never the Remington Mdl 11-a Browning patent(A-5)-----------I own 2 Remington Mdl 11s,one twelve, one twenty--put many rounds through both of them---NEVER had a problem with either

They dont have a mag shell cut off like the browning but they are a good gun and the Cyl was a common choke. The safty is a problem to get used to Around the $200 range
