OK, but we lesser folks have no idea why. OR what you are talking about.

What 'support' were you giving to Remington?

Donations ? Didn't know they were a charity.

He probably wanted them to move to a RED STATE.

I wonder if he will do the same for Beretta, Winchester, MagPul, Colt and others.

I hope they all move to Red States too!

The president of the group that purchased Remington a couple of years ago is a big Obama supporter. Remington lost my business (support) last year at The Grand when they dropped the $20. per flat rebate. Gamiliel sure sent a lot of ammo back to Loanoke.

Oh sure, now I won't be able to get my Nitro 27's because they will go out of business without your business or donation (support) ... WPT ... (YAC) ...

I know a guy that works for Remington that told me they have a new bunch of bean counters that decided we would buy Remington's without the discount and they would make more money.

j2jake - The bean counters might be right. Lemme see, if Remington makes $25 a flat before the rebate, that's $5 after the rebate. So if you, and a friend, and another friend shoot AAs instead, Remington has given up $15 margin. But if two others stay with Remington they make $50. If only one in five keeps shooting Remingtons they still make $25. They're $5 ahead without the rebate. Sell less, make more

As for the "Clothesline" report, I would like to know how our socialist state of NY will get millions of dollars in Sales Tax revenues when dealing with ANY government. Larry
