In the pase two weeks I have had about 10 - 12 Gun Club shells that the brass pulled off the shell body on extraction. I shoot a lot of Fedrals and Estates also--no problems there. Any of you have similar problems?....Smokit

My buddy had the same problem with some Gun Clubs, and I had one with the black Game Loads.

I have had that happen two times in the last month, the shells were reloaded once or twice at the most and I am quite sure they were from the same original box? John

I just push the brass back on and reloaded again. What's gonna happen? When you shoot everything is pushed back in to the breech and is contained in the chamber, it only comes apart when the shell is ejected or extracted.

This post is about Remington gun clubs...........I burnt 5,000 once fired smooth GM's after digging countless hulls out of my barrel. Made me feel sick to my stomach as I felt that the GM's were the best loading and shooting hull around.

Now Remington starting to price their usefulness out the window.

Interesting post. I switched to Federal last year when Remington went nuts with their pricing. But for grins & giggles a couple weeks ago I bought a flat of STS. Out of the first 4 boxes I shot I had to "poofy" loads and one that just would not go off. I'd say there is not only a pricing problem with Remington but now a quality control issue. If the market ever calms down and we stop all this panic buying maybe they'll realize they don't own the market anymore and address these problems.

A friend of mine called up Remington customer service and bitched about the shell seperation .They sent him 2 flats of STS shells to make up for it. It worked for him,it's worth a try. Thats why I like my reloads

Had that happen with a pair of shells about 5 years ago. I sent them to Remington and they sent me a check for $18.00 to buy replacements.

Biggest problem I have with Remington Gun Clubs right now is that no one has any inventory -- been completely unavailable for 8 - 10 months.

    I have no clue why.
