1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

For more detailed information please see this post: Thread Bump Functionality.

You sure don't see these very often.

You should take a closeup of the rear of the receiver so potential buyers can see where it has been lightened.

And for those wondering about the short forend, only the wood and mag tube is short. The "barrel hanger" is in the same place as a regular 1187 barrel, so all 1187 barrels will interchange (thought IIRC the barrel is a Light contour therefore the forend would have to be opened up for a standard barrel.)

The purpose was to make a lightweight 1187. And they had an all too brief following for sporting clays. Too few were made. These make a nice 12ga upland gun too. Remington should have sold these with a 23" barrel for upland. Would have been better than the straight stock version.
