Recently I began looking at reloading bench designs. Here is what I just built. It includes a pvc shoot that drops the shells into a bin below the reloader. I was worried about the shells hitting each other so I added a cushioned stop. It stops the momentum and the shell falls a few inches on the pile landing on its side.

Nice job on that bench! I suspect that those base extension legs add some stability, right?

I wanted to reduce any possible rocking motion. The extended base legs help with that. Th plywood sides and back give extra weight that make it more solid as well. I am trying to decide if I should put any dividers on the bottom or just leave it as an open shelf.

Bolt the bench top to the wall studs. Your table needs to be rock solid.

What's with the pile of copper stuff between the base supports?
