I have Pat McCarthy's in mine. I have been shooting release for many years on many different guns, and it's as good as any I have shot, including Seitz. Only time will determine durability. Mike Ruggieri

I also would reccomend Allem's or Pat McCarthy release triggers in the Blaser

If you have ever taken the stock off a blaser look at the way the hammers fall,
Straight Line Movement like a rifle. Very Fast also.

I don't know who is making them, but "Bob Schultz" will install releases in the BLASER gun if you purchase the gun from him.

I have shot both Allems and Pat's in Blasers and honestly I could not tell any difference. I have Allems in my Blaser.

I believe that McCarthy release trigger has a plunger behind trigger and allems do not.

    Ron,

Bob has Pat McCarthy releases. I just bought a new Blaser from him three weeks ago. The releases are exceptionally smooth. I really like my new Blaser.

You asked why I chose the Allum; I am a fairly new shooter and have no experiance with release triggers so I just started asking other shooters at the club. I got lots of good feedback on Allum but no one had used a McCarthey so I went with the information that I could get.
