A friend of mine is looking for someone to change a pull trigger to a release for his Rottweil trap gun. He has checked with Spears and Allems and they won't do it. Who would be the best to tackle this project? Thanks....... Tom

    Grade VI,

I can tell you this much...when Rottweils came to the states around late 70's or 1980, they were light years ahead considering todays "new technology". They were the first (I think) to offer an ajustable POI rib on any un-single combo. The O/U was conventional in design. To get to the point, at the time my shooting partner bought a combo set and was able to have it equipped with a factory built release trigger and it worked very well. Now all you have to do is find one...

    Good Luck,

    Larry

Phillips will build you one. Good gunsmith! Resonable price too.
