    Does he really think that terrorists will obey this law? The government can't even keep watch on known terrorists. This will effect you and me every time we buy a pound of powder for reloading. There goes more of our privacy, chip, chip, a little bit at a time.

    The evidence points to FIREWORKS as the explosive agent - which is totally ignored by every News agency except Fox.

    I may be misremembering, but I thought I saw on NBC Evening News within the past two days that they used fireworks bought in New Hampshire.

    That's because fireworks are illegal in MA,,,,,,,,,guess we need another law...........

    Pocatello...I don't know about NBC but it was reported on CBS as powder from fireworks..
