Reddot and Promo pistol loads

    I do it with my .45 ACP loadings and never a problem.

    I've been told that it would work fine for light to moderate loads. I would recommend calling Alliant and getting their take on it, especially for the loads you wish to use.

    I stay away from the top.. and have had no problems at all..

    As long as you stay away from the max loads ... there should be no problem.

    RD and Promo can build extreme pressures real fast if you get up to the max recomended.


    I have been using RD for 9mm, .38, .44 and .45s for years.

    I've used Green Dot in .45's for years; works great for target loads. BT-100dc
