Need a little more information to give you the best answer - like 1-1/8oz or 1oz? and do you want to go 1200(+)fps or 1140?

At 23yds, 1oz 1140fps loads are just fine, but you might feel more confident with 1-1/8, and all three powders are suitable and safe for either 1oz or 1-1/8oz loadings, but International is less pressury if you want to go fast.

    Pretty much open choice.

    AA, W209, WAA112, 19.2gn International ... 1200fps, less than 10000psi

TiteWad is over 11kpsi and Alliant does not list a Win/Win/Win 1-1/8 & 1200psi load.

    Enjoy your meal of clay-dust.

I use Titewad for my all-purpose shells. and load about 16.8 and get 1-1/16 oz shot to go downrange at 1230. Titewad produces higher pressure, but no more felt recoil. Pretty light in fact.

Red Dot has worked really well for a very long time.

I know this is not what most want to hear, we all want easy answers. Each gun, shooter, location (elevation and humidity)temperature will produce different results with different loads not to mention one's ability to withstand recoil. Load different shells with the different powders and weights of shot to published recipes. Pattern and shoot them, you will determine for yourself which is best for you. Sorry, not easy but what should be done. Bruce

What Bruce said: your gun will tell you what it likes.

Plus, if you want to drop a bit from a full 3dram 1-1/8 load, you'll have a lot more loads to test. :)
