    Hi,
I'm new to trap shooting although very comfortable using my 12 gauge shotgun. At this time, I'm hitting about 10 targets out of 25 and would like to improve. I live in Massachusetts and can't find a trap shooting school so I thought I might invest in a training DVD. Any recommendations on how I can improve what I find to be a GREAT sport. Thanks

Remington's "Trapshooting with D. Lee Braun and the Remington Pros".

This is out of production, but copies are being sold. Someone on this website was selling them.

This video has actual gun camera views of leading clays, firing, and follow through. They mounted a camera right on a Rem 1100.

    Bill,

Get Phil Kiner's DVD you cannot go wrong. Lots of good information to get you off to a good start. I have taken his clinic and bought his video to go back to from time to time.

    See the link above.

I have watched all the instructional DVD's out there and I have to say the Phil's is by far the best. You better have 3 hours on you hands and a note book. I have watched it 3 times now and I keep finding more good information. His slow motion video of the shot column is amazing. It's the best $50 bucks I have spent on trap shooting to date. He even replied to a several questions I had. Now that is above and beyond what you would expect.

I have watched Franks tape and it's good but if you are an intermediate to advanced shooter Phils tape has what you need.

I believe that Remington's "Trapshooting with D. Lee Braun and the Remington Pros" can be purchased through the ATA Hall of Fame.
