recommendations for nickle receiver

    I am having some stock work done this winter so I've decided to have my receiver nickled, or something similar. I love the way the 1100 competition looks, and my guns happens to be an 1100, but I have a maple stock so it will look a little different.

    I was hoping that I could get some pictures and opinions of other peoples projects that are similar to mine. I recall seeing a Super X with a nickle receiver and blonde wood, i'm hoping to get his input, thats the look i'm going for.

    Here's a 90T Doug Braker did for me a few years ago. I sold it and sort of regret it. Doug did terrific work.

    Here is my 1969 BT99 Doug Braker did.

    The receiver had accumulated several scratches over the last 40+ years, and it came out beautiful.
