Recoil

    Maybe I am out of my mind here, but I have thinking about the new Butler Arms shotgun and how it might soften recoil. To me the location of the barrel in relation to the stock grip puts most of the recoil energy straight back allowing the stock to absorb allot of the recoil. I also think that is why the Ljutic Space Gun is such a soft shooter. Whereas a top single doesn’t have as much meat of the stock lined up with the barrel thus making the perceived recoil greater. Am I crazy or does this have merit?

    Yeah, it looks like an unsingle auto to me.....cool idea. It looks like a lot of other autos, but upside down. Nothing else like it.
