Was that the shot that I bought at the state shoot last week? That was some really clean stuff.

We are finishing TT&S, we will have shot ready in a couple of weeks. This is all three year or less lead shot. Bagged, palletized plus Paypal, will ship to ANY zip code. I'll post when all set, Mike

    ithaca33,

The price of reclaim can be "stupid". Bear in mind the people doing this have to make a buck, haul equipment, live on the road, and recover their investment. Then, there is the shipping cost on small loads.

Local pricing of new shot comes into play as does the market "spot" price of lead.

My last purchase of West Coast was at $36.50 a bag. In my case, I need to get reclaim at a delivered price under $30 to make it worthwhile. If I cannot save $.50 a box, is it worth the hassle and loss of performance?

If the current price is $1.20 (bulk) that is $30/bag. Too high in my opinion as I have access to shot at under $37/bag. Your situation may be different.

I bought 25lb canvas bagged shot at the MS state shoot for $28.95 out the door and it was nice stuff! That figures out to $1.16 per pound and I don't have to wrestle a barrel around.
