Need help in finding someone that can do a reblueing job and refinish a
stock and forearm. Would like to have it be a one stop shop for both to
save shipping cost and time. Your recommendations would be appreciated.

Frank at Sycamore Hill Designs in Victor, NY has always done good work for me.

Wright's Inc. does it at all. Brandon's bluing and Molly's wood finish are second to none!

For what type of gun and how much do you want to spend

Just refinishing or reproduction quality work?

Thanks for your suggestions. I called Wright's and feel comfortable with them. I live in Nashville and only about 4 hours from Wright's. Think I will drive up and see what they have to say.

Gene, the gun is not a high dollar gun (Miida Model Grandee) but I can't own it unless it looks as good as near factory new.

Big Az Al on here does a great job and you could ship it a lot cheaper than what it will cost you to drive 4 hours

Plus I know Stu was pretty proud of his work on Model 12s and he does a good job but you might not want to spend what he is asking

Shop around and dont be afraid to ship

    Regards from Iowa

Thanks Gene, as always good advise. I have the time and a car with company gas, so I guess I will go see what Stu has to say on Monday.
