I have been re-evaluating how I shoot and looking at new (to ideas).

When standing at the ready position, is your torso and arms firm ready to snap into action, or are you loose and relaxed, ready for a smooth effortless swing?

Muscle tension inhibits easy fluid motion while total looseness while giving fine motor control, lacks the snap to drive on the target.

I suppose , like Goldilocks and the three bears, just right (in the middle) is the answer.

I can start low gun, mount, swing and shoot smoothly and effortlesly.

    thoughts?

    thanks!
