    To bad it didnt really hit that ram, they hooked the horn to it for some good fun though.

    Pretty nice splat mark under the critter.

    I always wanted to shoot one, but then I found out the cost of the tag.

    Get all coolants and any other fluids off of the ram before it is considered for eating. BTW, I believe road kill (deer, elk, anything else worth eating) is illegal to be taken home by the person whose vehicle kills the animal. The meat/carcass is delivered to jails in many cases...or so a highway patrolman told me.

    In Illinois you don't even have to call the police when you hit a deer anymore, they say just to mark your calandar as to when you hit it in case there is any problems with prosessing.

    When they first came out with this rule a couple of years ago, the first thing that crossed my mind was open season for road hunting....just have to hit them with the truck!!
