Not as good as a PFS, but better than nothing. I had one on a Ceasar Guerini and felt it was not sufficient.

I have several of them. They are a bit smoother than similar systems and work a bit better when you have extreme pad settings (ei: a lot lower than the stock). Very pleased. Hissem does my work and very pleased with him as well.

(Yeah, tough to tame those Guerinis, their trap guns will be cluttered up with all sorts of aftermarket gizmos)

Rad is a great system. Can be adjusted in many ways and helps with recoil a bunch. Rod's Custom Stocks Call Rod Stumbo he will take care of you. See His ad at the Ts.com home page!

I dont think they are much better than a countercoil (which is very good) but they might be somewhat easier to adjust and smooter

Rod Stumbo in Ohio or Pat Gottberg in Minn can take care of you- and I have had both of them do a lot of work for me

I bought a Ljutic Mono that had a RAD but didn't like it because the adjustable comb didn't move & bit my cheek. Replaced it with a Soft Touch.

Ken Rucker of Speedbump stockworks installs many RADs and also has his own recoil reduction device, called the Bump Buster. It uses the same cylinder as the RAD, but is a cleaner installation in my opinion.

    Google "Speedbump Stockworks"

He is located in north Texas.
