Does anyone have input about a good brand of rabbit thrower for a five-stand setup. Our club currently has a thrower that is a constant headache. Thats being nice! Am considering an atlas machine.

Promatic, GP, and Apex all are good rabbit machines. Laporte not so good.

Check out Tiquin Traps. We've been using them for about a year and no problems. Also,Shane is a good guy.

We have an Autosporter machine that works flawlessly.

Unfortunately, they aren't made any more. Too bad.

I'd be inetersted in how the Atlas rabbit machine works.

I have an Atlas 250 that is well worth the money.

Promatic - 3 years as a dedicated rabbit machine in heavy use and we have no problems/////Same machine advertised by Promatic as Rabbit/Teal/Chondelle - results in a mediocre chondelle and cannot a throw a teal at anywhere near vertical. But as stated...as a rabbit thrower, very good.

If you change the throwing arm for teal, it will throw a great vertical teal. Takes a little adjustment to contact the bird properly. 5+ years with 0 problems.
