    Thanks, Bill.

We (some of us on TS.COM) need to plan some sort of "reunion" get tegether. I would really enjoy an evening eating and celebrating with many of you folks.

I have answered the above gentleman's problems.

    No, Bill.

I have often thought about the Shriner's Shoot in Canada, since I am a Shriner. Is that still an event?

I've quit registered shooting until and will remain so until I feel it is fun again. I've been competiting as a AA-27-AA ahooter for about 25-30 years, and it just ceased to be fun. I still like being on the 27 and shoot it extremely well. My ATA shooting ended, probably more because my traveling buddy was killed and my 27 yard squad pretty much disintegrated over time. Health issues, deaths, etc. To me shooting was more about the fun of friends than breaking targets.

There were some new shooters who got involved in my club that I and 4 others started in 83, who thought they knew everything. I just got tired of putting up with stupidity, ignorance, arrogance, and disliked long distance traveling. In my state to hit a good sized shoot I had to travel well over 350 miles. I always shot better the bigger the shoots.

Since our traveling squad no longer existed, I just quit. And a state handicap champion shoot-off in 100 degree and 80% hunidity told me that this was not fun. I had heat prostration and it really bothers me.

Pete: I loved shooting at the DMTSC, that Ray Stafford eventually owned.

I always shot extremely well there. I think I still hve one of their red and gold hats.

I want to get down there to see you and Alex.
