? question about Red Diamond powder

    Red Diamond ???????????/ Do you mean Red Dot, I never heard of Red Diamond, but then there is probaly a lot more things out there that I never Heard of ..LOL

    Red Diamond was a Scot Powder Co. powder, somewhat similar to Red Dot as to burn speed. It probably was designed as an alternative to Red Dot.

    Interestingly enough, there is also a Red Diamond explosive that is very similar to dynamite in that it contains nitroglycerin, ethylene glycerol dinitrate, sodium nitrate and ammonium nitrate.

    DO NOT GET THE TWO CONFUSED! You might get a bang out of life!

    They do not make it anymore because it did not meter out of charge bar correctly, too much variation in GRAINS. Too many shooters dis-satisfied
    too many complaints.
