Can someone share with me if MX-3 wood (forearm & stock) will fit MX-3 Special/MX-8 shotguns? Thanks in advance. Walter

You should be fine but to put MX-8 wood or MX-3 Special on an MX-3 there is a little area on the stock near the top tang that needs to be relieved to prevent cracking when tightening the stock bolt. Rick ... Texas

    They are the same stocks.

The possible fitting comes with different period of productions tolerance, and normal wood shrinkage with moisture effecting un-mounted stocks.
