And the "unsinkable molly brown" of the Quebec ATA shooting community, Francine Sonne, won her 25th Quebec Ladies Champion title! Congratulations young lady!

    Hi Joe:

Enjoyed the video of the Quebec provincial.

Shot the Quebec provincial in 69? at the Montreal Trap and Skeet club.
Joe enjoyed the video of the Quebec Provincial.

Never been to the this Montreal Skeet Club (when built?).Looks like a nice venue. Have you shot in NS at Dartmout or my home club the Sydney T@S club?

Shot with my very gd friend and a fine gentleman Harry Willsie at the LaAcadia?, in the Laurentions, Skeet club in 1964 that goes bk some. That club still in existance.

Go to ur site nw and than....like ur listings of the bunker clubs in Europe have been to some in Cyprus, Egypt, hungary hope to get to north Italy maybe in Sept.

    Gd Shooting

Glad you liked the video. Adds a little something to the photos that I and others take. Just love to hear the sound of shooting : )

The Montreal Skeet Club has been at it's present location for at least 15 years, if not longer. The owner just expanded the main building. I think now big enough to hold a small wedding or a reception. A very nice and much needed addition.

The club also offers bunker, 5-stand, sporting, and skeet. They also have a International Skeet Field. A very good kitchen...

The will be the host of the Canadian Shotgun Championship in September. You have to shoot all disciplines...

L'Acaide is still going strong. In the last few years they reactivated the abandoned Olympic Bunkers and have three in operation. The hosted the 2008 Canadian Bunker Championships.

When shooting in Canada, I don't shoot very much outside of Quebec and have not been to NS. As an example, it's a six hour drive to Toronto from my home.

Saying that, I do have a shoot I'm attending in Ontario the first part of September.

Joe---thanks for picking up on my comments and answering so quickly.

Thought the MSC was fairly new and new to me. I do assume u knew Harry Willsie.

Gd to see Lacadie is going strong --when I knew it it was a fairley exclusive club. What was the Chirchill quote --wouldn't belong to a club that would have me as a member---ha ha. Harry introduced me to Molson and the high sheriff when I was there.

Whatever gd shooting-- oh by the way my best friend is John Ginovanetti --from Port Morian NS. John was a great trap shot -with only one arm as he lost his left arm in WW2 .Fantastic shot competed coast to coast and in Florida. Inducted into NS Sports Hall of Fame three years a go. Maybe before your time .

Enuf have a gd one and good shooting--MIKE

    I'll take a look.

    Yes, I new Harry.

By the way, you mentioned the maps of shooting clubs in Europe that I have posted. I can't take credit except for making them available. A person in Germany contacted me a few years back and asked if I would be interested in posting the links. Every now and then he sends me an updated link.

Joe-I assumed that the Euroclub list was an add on as it is in german.

It is a great research source never the less...especially those countries that have the maps of clubs.

My next shoot i hope in near future is to get to Northern Italy Brescia, Milan areas ---to Lonato and ceiliaperti Ranota Lemera's club and others $. Have you checked his site and pictures --25m$ and counting amazing pictures. love the banks and rubber/nylon ? shot catchers that they build into their sites.
They maynot have the quantity of shooters at ATA or local clubs in NA but they do have QUALITY CLUBS!!!

I checked the Hungary url still works fine and if you like you could include the threads on lost traget. When droped off of ts.com more than 2300 had looked at the hungarian thread---MIKE
