PW advice

    Just obtained a pW 800-c. Seams to bind up a lot, had it apart, cleaned it, still binds and won't sequence property. any suggestions.

    Go to my above website and download the Maintenance & Lube instructions.

    I recommend that you remove the Shell Seating Post and the Primer Seating Assembly, THEN <i>CAREFULLY</i> adjust the Index Pad as per my instructions.

    I would check the Index Pad carefully to make sure it compresses and releases smoothly and easily.

    I would also remove the two black plastic shot and powder gears AND THE RACK GEAR, when doing this. THOROUGHLY clean the gear areas, and remove the shut-off plates completely and thoroughly clean under and around them.

    Download the 800B manual from my site and read up on how to CORRECTLY remove the shut-off plates... there is some caution involved.
