What would be considered to be fair and reasonable prices per round of 25 at a public trap and skeet range?

Our club is a city-owned club leased from the city and the price for someone that comes in off the street is $6.50 per round without a membership. Memberships cost $60.00 for individual or $80.00 for family per year. With a membership it's $5.00 per round. How would that compare with any other city-owned clubs in the nation? Neil
