    Just on Fox:

The Senate stripped out the fiscal parts of the budget bill (which required a quorum) and quickly passed the altered bill, which put severe restraints on collective bargaining by the union.

Horns blowing, crowds pushing and screaming, pandemonium.

The missing Democrats now have no bone to chew on. And starting today they are fined 100 dollars a day.

    It's a done deal.

Yesterday the Green Bay School board and the local WEA chapter passed a contract which provided for teachers to pay part of their health care and pension, and limiting collective bargaining for 2 years.

This would not have to happen if the previous governor hadn't been such a snake.

I am surprised it took them this long. Fox news said that the dems in hiding are now rushing back to the state. Seems like it is kind of late, they could have been working on this for the last 3 weeks that they were shirking their responsibilities. They should make them pay their $100 a day fines, before they let them back into the state!

Rushing back to try to prevent the tea party and GOP from passing more legislation without their input or possibly even a filibuster.

I think they ought to PAY the Dems $100 a day to keep away! Be cheaper in the long run.

The dems are now claiming they are going to "take back democracy for the people" by trying to recall the republicans.

Aren't they really saying they want to take democracy "away" from the people who elected the republicans to office???

What a piece of work the dems are up there. I'm really tired of seeing all the media coverage for the protesters and none for the general public of Wisconsin who support Walker. That includes FOX, with whom I've been quite unenamoured lately.

First of all, I think the DumbOcrats should be thrown out of office for vacating there seat, plus residing in Ill, maybe disqualified s them from holding office in Wis. and as someone stated on another site maybe it's time for the police to start checking papers to see just how many people are residents verses outside trouble makers.

Forcing people to pay part of their retirement and health care costs? Limiting collective bargaining for two year? That's outrageous. Such extreme actions almost makes it seem like there's a recession going on or something.

Those aren't democrats, they're socialists. The democratic party doesn't exist anymore.

stokin, agreed. I was a Democrat in the 60's and voted for Kennedy. The later years and the takeover of the party by extreme leftists sent me jpacking after a short time.

I became a Libertarian, and am to this day. I have to vote Republican in some cases to stave off the Commies.

We need a "no fly zone" over Wisconsin. And what about Ohio? Shoule we seek a UN resolution on worker's rights?

Where is the UN when we need them? Bring in the black helicopters and the blue helmets!

Maybe the missing Dems can get a doctors slip from the docs who are demonstrating to keep their job, or the people of Wis need to fire them. After all this is a lot of mental anxiety. However they have a D beside their name. Shoe's on the other foot now. The libs don't like it. Kinda like when they passed Obamacare, at least the Republicans showed up for work. The Dems locked the doors,to keep out the republicans out so there couldn't be any debate. In Wis the dems ran to another state and wouldn't even debate it.

The folks that are protesting, threatening and hurling insults at the Gov.

ought to be stringing up the 14 idiots they elected who ran off to Illinois

    and hid.

THEY ALLOWED THIS TO HAPPEN while partying in a neighboring state and shirking

    their responsibilities to their voters.

Really says alot about the entitlement mentality of the union workers,

teachers and democrats in Wisconsin. Seriously detached from the economic

    reality.

Go Walker! Ohio & NJ ...you're next.

Jessie Jackson denied entry into the capital. Hundreds of students now marching to the capital. Death threats to the Republican senators and there families. Fine bunch of folks.

Years ago when I was a member of the labor union I kinda felt like some of these protesters believe. In 1979 I went into self employment and received a education that no university teaches and quickly learned and still learning how hard it is to run a business. I pay 100% of my health care with a high deduct. I pay all of my retirement funding. The last few years I wonder why I still do it. My gross is down 2/3rds. Not a lot of profit any more. And it just plain pisses me off to watch these whine Asses protest for what little they have to give up from all they get While other people have to pay in full.

Obama should clean his own crap before complaining about Wisconsin's smell.

Federal employee unions have No collective bargaining rights.

He shot off his mouth without knowing this.

The democrats used EVERY dirty trick in the book to pass Obama care including bribes (Lincoln/Arkansas, Nelson/Nebraska, etc) using taxpayers money.

Where's the outrage and investigation for that felony activity?? Last time I checked bribing a public offical was a second degree felony according to chapter 36 of the Penal Code.

And the little children will be the ones to suffer! Their educations will now be compromised. In future years the secret little joke will be "the poor little dumb sh*ts from Wisconsin!". The Governor wants to get rid of the bad teachers but they will be the only ones who will stay. The best teachers, well known to the job recruiters, will be drawn away to other states where they can be a better return for their services. Good teachers will vote with their feet. Wisconsin will become an educational wasteland.
