pros/cons of using a trap gun for sporting/skeet

    No disadvantage. A sporting or skeet gun should shoot around 60-40 according to the experts. Many of the top sporting clays shooters are shooting high stock/ high rib long barrel guns (2009 National champion Gebben Miles)

    I have owned sporting and trap in 682 gold e and found both shot flat. The 32" trap bbls were a bit nose heavy. Probably would be better in 30". jim w
