1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

For more detailed information please see this post: Thread Bump Functionality.

  2. Attention: We have put together a thread with tips and a tutorial video to help with using the new software. Please take a moment to check out the thread here: Trapshooters.com Tutorial & Help Video.

You needn't go beyond page 1. It is all singular theme repititious. The clay targets are on the first page. The rest is anti-establishment stuff fo rthe rednecks amongst us

As much as I love guns and shooting .... putting a sticker or sign on your car that says "I probably have guns in the trunk" is asking to get your car vandalized. Be careful out there ... the world is full of wackos these days.

ditto Bob - I will not put anything on the car that alerts thieves to a potential payday.

I agree no decals for all the reasons mentioned above. I want to look plain Jane when transporting ammo and firearms.

I agree with Bob... No decals, no advertising, no nothing. I would probably go to shoots with my guns in the back of a Chevy Vega or Ford Pinto if I had one, with "Earth First" stickers plastered on the bumpers, etc. Fly WAY under the radar... Dan Thome (Trap2)

I often wonder if my USMC sticker alerts anyone that there might be a gun in the car.

    Shoot safe, John

    dog easy,

It just means that you can disarm some idiot stupid enough to try!

I don't advertise any aspect of gun ownership on my vehicle. I even have a Gun Vault to lock up my guns and shells. My shooting vest does hang from the clothes bar, but the back windows are tinted too dark for anyone to see.

I know a guy who put a decal that said "Canine Fecal Samples" "Biohazard" on his gun case ... the baggage handlers at the airport would not touch it! A bit extreme however his guns always showed up. Of course that was before Homeland Security rounded up all the Menza Society folks who inspect luggage now...

I have a USMC Vets plate that says 12 ga and have never had a problem. I do not leave any guns in my pickup however, when I get out, they go with me

Not gun related, but secure your GPS and GPS HOLDER as easy pickings...

Was warned at a motel to not leave them in view as they had a rash of smash and grabs.
