If you just shoot them lil deers with a 50 BMG first all you have to do is pick the jerky out of the trees ; )

I wondered how he didnt cut his hand holding it that way

I noticed that little hook really helped also- at first I had to look closely to see that it wasnt replacing a finger but rather was just something he held between fingers

    regards from Iowa

The guy is a Pro! Even if he is or is not a professional butcher.

Knows exactly where to cut and never a wasted move!

The fact that he even has his knuckles left is amazing, let alone no loss of movement in his hand from the hook. Knows exacty where to cut for each bone and muscle. He did not learn that from a video.

The Grinder can do it about that fast. Of course the Grinder has more experience with all the deer the Mass Murderer has shot.

We have a relative that was a meat cutter, I brought him a deer once, and he gave me a beer while we chatted. Before I had that beer gone he had a deer all done up.

The hook is common, saves on the fingers and reduces soreness.
