Yes, I am using it as well as a few of my friends. I can email you a chart that I got from Alliant but in reality, it was 2 -3 grains off. Heres what I use PW J1 - 27.7, PW K = 27.9, PW L - 29.5. I have the Mec adapter so here are some Mecs 31 = 26.5, 32 = 27.4, 33 = 28.5.. I like 26.5 the best and it is plenty fast at 1350. 29.5 was approaching 1550 and had a little recoil. Burns clean and it is fast.

cuban did you chrono any loads if you did would you post what you did . I,m looking for 1300 to 1350 in both 11/8 and 1 1/4 loads if you have them . I have loaded some in 28 gauge and love the speed for sporting clays

Yes, I chrono'd all of them and we used two different guns and all the hull choices. My Fed papers, 209 CCI mag primer and Fed 209 both, Fed 12s4 wads 1 1/4 oz 6's 26.7 grns was 1350. we also tried same load in STS & nitro hulls with Rem wads and came out slightly faster. I never tried 1 1/8 oz but my friend has. He is using 27.5 with CCIM, Rem Hulls & wads 1 1/8 7's and he claims they chrono at 1300. If you look at Alliants data base, they recommend a lot more powder for 1 1/8, way too much in my opinion

Cuban, if you have ever used Longshot, how did compare in noise and being clean?

    Thanks,

I used Longshot for 2 years. I get as much speed with less noise and recoil with Pro Reach and it is very clean shooting. Less $$$ too

I found the same for the 28 gauge with pro reach over longshot less noise higher speed , less pressure , cleaner to boot

If you use the charges that Alliant suggests-you will knock your teeth out. Waaaaaay to hot. Just traded the last of mine away.Didn't like it at all.

I agree that alliant loads are too much, not needed. 26.5 grns will do just fine
