Now that oil is back down to '04 levels how about the price of targets coming back to at least '06 numbers. The price went up real fast so I don't expect the target companys keep a lot of reserve pitch. The price of transportation is half what it was last summer so that can't be a factor.

    Shooters, your opinions?

I don't think the target manufactures have much if any inventory. The targets produced today should be made with lower cost pitch.

Anyone from the target companies have a different view?

    White Flyer Announces

Effective on all orders scheduled to ship beginning Monday, November 10th (last week), White Flyer lowered it's target pricing $0.45 per case on ALL Pitch Target orders and $0.55 on all Biodegradable Target orders". This PRICE DECREASE was percipitated by lower pricing on raw materials used to manufacture White Flyer Targets and "we" felt it was extremely important to pass these onto our customers as "we" received them.

Just last summer our local gun club had a 89 cent increase in one shot other increases through out the year. fourty five cents seems to be a drop in the bucket.

.45 a box savings = 567.00 per truck load at 20 skids a load. This is a pretty good savings.
