1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

For more detailed information please see this post: Thread Bump Functionality.

    Good evening,
I am flirting with the idea of getting a new gun and was looking at the KS-5 Special. Specifically looking for information on the one with engraving on the sides of the receiver.

Was looking at the one on sale here:
    http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.aspx?Item=262635552

Is this a decent going rate for this gun?

Does anyone on here have one for sale?

    Thanks,

A KS 5 in very good condition look at $2800 to $3000 ave. $2900.00. I sold my KS for $2900.00 and it was in very good condition...A KX 5 would be $3800.00 $4000.00 in very good condition...I've seen some higher but in excellent condition.
There is a KS5 on www.gunbroker.com at $2995.00, looks very good...once on gunbroker type in the search area Krieghoff...Other websites to look at would be www.gunsamerica.com and www.gunsinternational.com...Good luck, the KS is a fine trap shotgun.

The vast majority of guns on gun broker never get a bid or sell- so looking at asking prices is wasted time and effort

Using that criteria you wont be able to tell anything

    I would say a regular KS 5 is 1500-2000

A KS 5 special would go from 2000-2500 or so-- maybe you can make an argument for more-- and engraved ones do go for more

KX 5s (Used) begain somewher just under 3000

    Regards from Iowa
