Hi Guys, I was kicking a few tyres and found an 11-87 that I'm considering for a back-up/loaner. Where can I find and what am I gonna pay for a trap-stock to put on it...condition unimportant. Cheers-Graham.

Try above web sight has a few for 100 150 range. Then theres always the synthetic monte carlo stock right from remington. I think they go for about 75.00?

I bought a 1100 trap mc #201261L from remington, was 250.00 st the time. It was very nice. This was before TS.com. The wenig semi inletted stocks are also a good buy if you are not looking for anything fancy grade. look around ask around.

Thanks Mac', That's awesome...I made the mistake of searching "11-87" on ebay and got bupkiss. Will 870 or 1100 stocks go on 11-87's?...the police synthetic unit looked as if it might suit. Cheers-Graham.

They will interchange, mounting hardware is different, all though I ran into a few 870 stocks that where not bored out deep enough for the action tube. I would consider calling Bobs gun parts at link in previous post. I personally do not like synthetic stocks. All though they are cheaper, bondo also sticks well to them for any custom mods you may want to do ie raise the comb, fingergrips on the grip. All though if not into tinkering this is messy and can make for a ugly gun until you finish it up. If you by a new synthetic remington stock, like they sell at dicks or Cabelas they come with the hardware needed for either model.

I have an 11-87 synthetic stock and forend I could part with. When I mount the gun I see a figure 8. Both stock and forend in good shape. Remington recoil pad included $50+ shipping.

Email me at the above address if you are interested. I can email you a picture, as something is messed up with my photobucket account right now and I can't get it on here.
