Couldn`t shoot w/o one. Neck discs and such. And it would probably prevent a lot of neck and shoulder problems. How much is a neck surgery or a couple of days off work?$?$ At $1200 or so, a bargain.

The PFS is probably one of the best investments you can make in your shooting especially if you have issues with recoil, neck problems, shoulder problems, or any other medical ailments that could keep you from shooting clay targets ... The other thing I would strongly suggest is get a copy of Phil Kiners newest DVD (trap shooting clinic) and have some fun breaking targets ... Both are well worth the investment and you are worth it ... WPT ... (YAC) ...

Hi, As mentioned earlier, I had a "total shoulder replacement" (shooting shoulder)and I wouldn't be shooting today if it wasn't for the Precision Fit Stock! Vern Brown is a very personable guy and will work with you till the stock is set just right for your demensions!

You might want to consider the new "ultimate Fit" cheek piece that Vern has developed!

    Good Shooting,

Ultimate Fit is an after market replacement comb for your PFS. It is a 4-way comb that sit on top of the large split ring block that your comb height adjustment screws rest on. I use lots of cast-off with my set-up and the original PFS comb won't move over far enough (side of the comb hits the counter weight) with the Ultimate Fit I can get plenty of cast-off.

    Hope this helps
