It seems like weeks since Trappy last posted as his alter ego Shelly.

    It's clear that he either:

    A) Logged off his Mom's computer and cracked the books to cram for final exams; or...

    B) Finally discovered girls and decided to lose his virginity.

In either case, he needs our prayers.

OK, so I guess he finally got banned.

Jeez, you didn't seriously think he lost his virginity did you? LOL.

I truly don't think that Shelly is Trappy. Shelly's demeanor is quite disturbing. I never saw Trappy act like that.

Hey guys, long time no talk! Anyways, no I'm not Shelly nor have I been following this site enough to know who Shelly is really. Finished up my first year of college at Illinois Wesleyan University and was working hard, believe it or not, so not much time for engaging discussion of this nature. Thought I would rejoin the fun this summer, but I've got myself a great summer job with Coca-Cola that's got me waking up every morning at 5, and working till 4, the rest of my free time is spent with the girlfriend (not boyfriend, sorry to those of you who CLEARLY interested) and frisbee golfing and such with my old friends. I miss the free-time I had with high school, but that's about it.
Hope all is well with you guys!

My son was a good time guy until he was graduating from college and had to get a job. He got a doctorate in math. He is now a conservative. He said that he was insulated and isolated in school and college. Going into the real world was a real eye opener. Believe me when I say that he changed 100%, but I knew he would because no one in the real world accept's the bullcrap that the college's make these kid's believe.

I am failing to recognize the logic behind the claim that the real world turns people conservative. Yes, it's tough and nobody is there holding your hand, but where does conservatism play a part in that? I'm talking outside of things like welfare and other social services, and speaking mainly towards the economic aspects of it.

    Pick one:

1.) I still get money from home.

2.) I am totally self sufficient.

    Pick one:

1.) I have money in the bank.

2.) I will have to repay student loans after graduation.

Trappy it will come to you if you ever become an employee in the real world, not a government job but in the real world where you pay in a large amount of your earnings in the form of taxes so some liberal can decide who to give it to to buy their votes, while not adding a red cent to the well being of the country

There are a few conservative government workers, but they are few and far between

WS-1 I have money in the bank used for spending and living expenses, money in the bank being used to pay for school, and money in the bank that I hope will remain in the bank to help pay off student loans. All my money earned through hard work with summer.
So I guess I don't really have money in the bank because I will be in debt upon graduation.

Then, by definition you are a conservative. Now, I will offer you one piece of unsolicited advice: within conservatism you will find pride and happiness; make it your life's work.

Good luck with school Trappy, it sounds as though you're off to a good start. Worry about the politics in 2012 because we have a lot on the line. Bob
