Haven't tried the Lite powder, but have tried the Super Handicap, and it works as advertised. Probably lets you get as close to the feel and performance of a factory load as you can get with a reload.

I don't have the recipe info in front of me, but IIRC, 12 or 13 grains of the Lite powder gives you a 1 1/8 oz load at 1090 fps. Nice low charge weight, and enough speed that I may give it a try for 16 yard line shells sometime in the future.

Makes a great first shot in doubles, with 1 oz shot load. Almost no recoil. Due to small volume, I used Winchester 7/8 oz grey wads, to keep crimps from sinking in. Terrific patterns, hits were very evenly distributed.

I use WST (Super Target) almost exclusively for both a lite singles load and for my 27 yard loads.

I also tried the WSL (Super Lite), but can't say that I've used it long enough to give much info.
