    I have some powder I picked up as part of a trade. I have no use for it do you? 4 pounds of Hercules 2400 smokeless powder; No. 9 Accurate 1 pound; Hodgdon H4227 rifle/shotgun/handgun powder 1 pound; Hodgdon Rifle H380 1 pound;
    Hodgdon Rifle H4350 1 pound; Hodgdon H450 1 pound; Hodgdon shotgun powder HS5 1 pound; IMR 4831 smokeless powder 1 pound; IMR 4895 1 pound, IMR 4198 1 pound;
    IMR 4350 1 pound; IMR 4320 1 pound. $100 for it all plus shipping, or pick it up around Indianapolis, Indiana. Thanks, Ben

    These appear to be unused cans of powder. According to the labels some of it may be 10 years old or more. Thanks, Ben

    I don't believe you can ship powder. UPS will not accept it from an individual. The USPS prohibits mailing explosives. I am not sure out FedEx.

    Smokeless powder is not an explosive, I believe it's classified as a propellant.

    It is a flamable solid and as such needs to be shipped thru and from a licensed or certified haz mat shipper. Not all UPS customer counters are haz mat certified. Total shipping cost will include at least a $20.00 PER PACKAGE haz mat fee in addition to the postage.

    You may be better off to sell it locally. My $.02

    you will have to find a haz mat shipper for ups since 9 11 they have changed the haz mat stuff you now have to go to a class for 2 days rick G 12 email me think i can take it rick
