Does anybody else feel like you've been waterboarded by all the tv ads we've been subjected to in this campaign.

    Glug.... Glug.... Glug....

You forgot to include the endless series of (USELESS) robocalls threatening to burn out my telephone. There were only 17 within a three hour period yesterday till I disconnected the phone from the wall jack. I don't know how many more may have come in after I disconnected.

I live in New Hampshire, which is now (possibly) a swing state. I've been flooded with commercials, robo-calls, etc., etc. for months.

I'm really, really, sick of it. Not so much the volume as from the blatant misinformation and lies coming from every political party trying to win my vote.

I'll give you an example: One candidate's tv commercial says you shouldn't vote for the other candidate because she doesn't pay her property taxes. Why doesn't she pay her property taxes? Because her husband is a principal at a private school and gets housing from the school (and the school pays the taxes).

This is what I'm dealing with over and over again.

They were on me all morning. Now they call and just say go vote.

It has been a shit blizzard, that's for sure. I just hold the phone to tie it up if it's the pukes, and hang up for conservatives so they can go get someone else.

We've got caller ID. If the number or name don't show up on the deal, we don't answer it. There for awhile, we were getting 10-15 calls a day. I'm glad it is fixing to be over. Charlie

Professor, you ever heard of caller ID? If you're answering political calls you have nobody to blame but yourself.

Ummm...I wouldn't have called it waterboarding as it seemed to be concentrated on the other end,..more of a hot air enema from blowing smoke up my backside

if its not from someone we know, we let it go to the answering machine. then I listen for the message. Sure beats answering and having to hang up on "em.

It is peaceful now that the phone is not ringing 10 times a day, during dinner time. Back to the 1 -2 calls a day from some one trying to sell me something and do not follow the do not call list.
